We have seen similar t-lock shoes with the same blue brake in the past, and we recommend the 15-229 to replace it. You will notice that this shoe does not have the same groove in the stem as your part, but we can supply it as a custom order attached to our S795 channel balance. We'll also attach the 15-198 hook to the pulley cord as shown in your photos.

To get started, we'll need to confirm the exact length of the metal channel, not including the T-lock shoe, and the stamp code on the metal channel. We'll also need to know the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you!
