Mortise lock

Hello. I need help identifying the part shown in the provided photos. It's a double hook mortise lock and the only marking on it is the phrase "Pat. Pend." It measures approximately 9.8 inches in length and 0.75 inches in width. Other than that, I'm at a loss as to who makes it or if there is a replacement part available. I appreciate any and all help! Hello! I believe your mortise latch could be the stainless steel 82-259 with the face plate removed. Take a look, and see if the hole centers match up to yours. You'll want to check the other dimensions, too, to be sure. We also carry the regular latch, 82-239. We carry the 82-265 with the face plate, if you want to take a look at that latch. Just make sure you line up your part with the measurements on our site before you make a purchase.
