NAPCO Window Coil Balance

Question

Looking for coil balance replacements for my NAPCO window. I had some spares which I purchased from you several years ago. I tried them but they do not hold this particular sash up. This sash weighs 15lbs. Looking for the correct  ones.

Thanks for reaching out. This appears to be an older shoe which has been discontinued and is no longer available. In its place, I recommend our part 15-177. We've recommended this to many other customers and it works as a perfect replacement.

Since your window weighs 15lbs, you'll also need the S152-7 coil balance. Together these coils will carry 14lbs however, you shouldn't have any issues with the spring strength being 1lb away from the actual window weight.
