NORCO operators

I have wooden casement style windows with what I think are called Operator Dual Arm controls. The handle says NORCO.

In researching the web it seems they may be Jeld Wen windows. Do you sell replacement parts? I didn

Sure, we may have something that matches. There are a lot of possibilities, though. To help us narrow it down, please remove the operator from the window and take a few pictures of it. That way, we can see the whole thing in one go and cut down on the follow-up questions.

I've attached photos. Appears that the crack part is not supposed to separate from the assembly.
Please advise on what I need to order. I suspect it is the whole assembly. Lyle

Perfect, thanks. This looks similar to our 39-036 and 39-035. Check them out and see if you agree. Make sure to carefully compare all of your dimensions to those we show for these operators before you make your decision.
