Need 4 springs and mounts/ covers

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell springs with a hook-like tongue. Can you show us photos of the pivot shoe removed from the window? I can't make any promises but we may be able to replace the whole setup if you're interested. 

Thanks for clarifying! The 15-177 shoe is designed to be used with the Series 152 coil springs. Since your old spring is stamped with the number 7, see the S152-7 7-pound spring. The 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 support barrel are the compatible coil supports. They "sandwich" over each spring. Take a look at the specifications for the mentioned parts and let me know if you have any questions. 

Note that the Series 152 coil springs mount to the side of the shoe with a screw like the 33-072.
