Need Coils and Shoes

I need help with replacement hardware for this type of window.enclosed is bar code of window and hardware i removed. This is for 2 windows . Each window measures
33. 3/8 inches x 23inches. If I guess the weight of the one window each 20 to 25 pds. .

Hello!

Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-111, which uses the 1/2" S160 coil springs. You'll have to check the band of the old spring for a weight code. If you need a new double-spring support, see the 15-150D.

This is what I found .on the coils. Looks like a #3.then some mega writing.

It looks like there's a #4.5 stamp, which would match the S160-04 4.5-pound spring, but we don't have a 3-pound spring weight. In this case, it'd be best to weigh the window sash to determine the correct coil weights. You'd then have to divide the weight by the total number of springs used in the window. You're also welcome to get back to us with the sash weight for us to calculate.

The weight on the single window is 15.5 pounds. This is not double hung. Only the bottom window opens and close

We recommend using one S160-04 and one S160-03 on each side of the window. Each side will provide 8 pounds of support, totaling 16 pounds of overall support. For a new double spring support, see the 15-150D.
