Need Help with Identification and Replacment

I just spoke with Tim, who was very helpful.
I need to replace this casement window operator on my parents' home from 1978, here in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I do not know the manufacturer of the window. Can you please help? I'm ready to place an order.

Hey there, thanks for writing in! Your casement operator looks a lot like the older versions of our 39-013 and its opposite 39-014. Look over the dimensions below and compare them to your operator to determine if these are the right fit.
