Need Milgard channel balancers and balance shoes for upper sash of tilt double hung window

Question

The Tuscany style Milard windows were installed in 2008. The channel balancers look similar to your series 795 channel balances except at the top they do not have a screw in. Instead, it is a hook into the side of the window. I attached a photo of the hook. Also, the bottom balance shoes are different as well. They kind of have clips. Sorry I don't have a photo of that, but I did attach a photo with some numbers from the part.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Mark. Since the hole is square, you could use the 26-200 and the S795-23 (23B) with the screw tab. The video below will go over this in detail.

We can also supply the Series 795 attached with the 15-198 hook, but it would have to be a custom order.

Note that the Series 795 comes attached with the 1-1/4" wide 15-195 closed cam shoe, so you'll want to make sure yours matches this.
