Need Pivot Hinge

Thanks for reaching out to us. Looking at your first group of photos,  I believe you need to use the 79-121 left-hand pivot set that is used on Arch Aluminum doors. In the last photo, I can't get a good look at the pivots. However, if it is the same brand of door then you will need the opposite side 79-122. Take a look at the related video on replacing commercial door pivots. Keep in mind that with your type of door you should not have to remove the complete bottom threshold. With these this type of pivot, you will only need to remove the four screws holding the bottom pivot plate to the corner bracket.
