Need S795 with hook mount

I just want to give you all information that you need to correctly identify what I need.
Here are photos requested which should better show information. Need 2 each S795 series and stamping is 28D which is for 23-28 pounds sash weight. Need hook end balance clip attachment 15-198. You mentioned the shoe looks like your 15-195 pivot lock shoe. Please confirm with new pics below. I need pricing on 2 balances. My state is Florida. Please let me know if you need any more information

Thanks for contacting us. Sure, we're happy to help with this. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote for (2) S795-28 balances with the 15-198 hook attached and the 28D stamp. The replacements will have the 15-195 closed-cam T-lock shoes attached by default as well.

If the cam of your old shoe is open instead of closed, please let me know! We can still help; I would just need to update the quote to include the 15-195B open cam shoe if that ends up being the case.
