Need a 26" Channel Window Sash balance...

Hello,
I need a 26" Channel Window Sash Balance like the one in my photos. I see you have the same T-Lock Balance Shoe, which is great ( https://www.swisco.com/open-cam/pd/Replacement-Sash-Support-Channel-Balance-Shoes/15-195B ) but I need the same 26" Balance (the hook & string broke away from the plastic barrier at the end of the Balance).

Please let me know if you have the same type or something very similar.

The only photos I see you have attached here are photos of your window sticker, which will not help us with the identification of your current balance. If we could please have you forward us over some photos of the balance, removed from the window, we will be happy to have a look and confirm whether or not you do have the Series 795 balance. We'd like to see photos of a balance that is not damaged so that we can provide an accurate recommendation. Thank you.

This is perfect, thank you! I agree with your assessment in your first post. The Series 795 is definitely the right balance, but yours will need a 15-195B open cam shoe and a 15-198 top hook. This isn't a standard setup, though.

The good news is that we can make it for you, but it will have to be a custom order. Does that sound good to you? If so, let me know how many you need and I can email you a custom order link and price quote for that quantity.

Sure, that's no problem. Actually, there's one last detail we need before we can pull the trigger on this, and that's the stamp printed on your metal channel. I'm sorry for not noticing that before! This determines the calibration of the spring, so it's very important. Once I have that, I will email you a link for 1 balance immediately.

I will also email you an order link for 2. We usually recommend replacing both balances at the same time. When you mix and match old and new balances, the new balance has to work extra hard to pick up the slack for its weaker partner. This causes it to wear out faster. I had one extreme case just the other day where a customer mixed an old and new balance and the new part wore out after only 3 years.

It's ultimately up to you, I just thought I'd give you the choice.

Thanks for the reply! I agree it makes sense to go for two Balances.

Attached is a photo of a "stamp" (the only print info I see on this Balance) and I have also attached information (stickers) that are on the Window frame this Balance fits into. I hope this information helps you.
