Need a wider screw

A quick learner from Bronx, NY says:
I have a window where the existing pivot bar doesn't reach the shoe any more. The window has bowed.

I HAVE the 26-040 pivot bar. I want to move to the 26-089 so I can move to a different hole, giving me an extra 3/4" of reach into the shoe.

However, I bought self-tapping screws with the 26-089, but they aren't fat enough to bite into the new pivot bar. Do you have anything fatter?

Or do you have a threaded pivot bar with a hole at the 2-3/4" mark?

For a pivot bar like our 26-089, I recommend our 33-096 Phillips screw. It is a 8-32 x 3/8" self tapping stainless steel screw.
