Hello, thank you for posting,

For new hinges, please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-048 2- bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track or the 36-049 with a 14" sill track. Compare to your originals to confirm a good fit! Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.

If you also need a new crank operator, you could have either the 39-253LB and 39-253RB or the 39-438B and 39-439B. The main difference is the guide at the end of the straight arm. The video below goes into more detail.

Please review dimensions and let us know if you have any questions!

You mentioned a 10 or 14" track. If what I'm measuring is correct, we are getting 13. Please see photo. Is that the track you are talking about?

Lauren is out of the office for a while, but I can confirm that you are measuring the track base correctly. We do not carry 13" tracks, but the 14" 36-049 set should work fine since you'll be replacing the top and bottom hinges. The range that the sash opens may be slightly affected, but otherwise, these should be good replacements.
