Need correct replacement dual arm operator

I ordered several EntryGard 39-032 and 39-031 dual Arm operators to replace my existing. When I went to replace one I noticed the shorter arm was longer than the existing, resulting in it hitting the track when closing. I thought I could compensate for this by moving the track about 3/4". When I tried to close the window it apparently still was not correct and as a result the plastic piece that guides the bottom of the window along the sash broke. I think you can see what I'm talking about in the attached pictures. I need the correct dual arm operators. I did see that the single arm 39-036 seems to have the same measurements, but I didn't see a dual arm version. Also I need the replacement bottom part (black thing and other hardware). Thanks, Lyle
