Need door handle
Thanks for writing in! I believe your internal mortise lock is one that resembles our 82-260, which is compatible with a few different handle sets we carry. To determine exactly which one may be a fit, I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes from center to center.

Thanks for the photo. Your measurement appears to be 3-15/16". Our 82-030 should work well as replacement for the missing handle set. Take a look over the measurement and double check it to be sure that this is the right fit.
I'm happy to help! The mortise lock on this door appears to be our 82-265 which is typically used with the 82-249 keeper. However, I am not confident that this would work as a replacement given the piece that already exists in the door. To be quite honest, it isn't really something we've seen used with this mortise lock before.
Your best bet may be to try contacting the door manufacturer.
In the meantime take a look at the dimensions below for our 82-249 to see if this may work for you. Some modifications may be required to install it and I cannot guarantee that it would work.
