I just bought a house with sliding glass doors that looks to have the 82-086 handle with the 82-259 mortise and the 82-249 keeper.
The mortise seems like something went wrong internally and wont lock or unlock sometime until you push the pin in. (it keeps popping back out). I was going to buy a replacement 82-249 mortise but also wanted to replace the handles.
I like the 82-091 set, and the measurements for the screws matches, but latch actuator seems to be centered instead of offset like the current handle. I do not want or need an outside lock and only need the latch on the inside of the door. I am trying to figure out what will work and could use some help or suggestions.

Thanks for posting. The mortise lock looks more like the 82-265 to me, due to the longer faceplate. Please compare and let me know if anything differs. This lock also works with the 82-249 keeper.

For a handle set like your old one that does not have a key lock, see the 82-089 or 82-090, depending on the finish you prefer. Let me know if you have further questions.
