Need help identifying a part

I need help finding the right track for the new window casement operator OR a new window casement operator that will fit the exciting track. Thanks

Thanks for writing in. The new operator looks like our 39-027E. The best thing to do would be to replace the track. See our 39-533.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like I have that track already. However, by looking at the bottom of the window, the new track doesn't appear to fit appropriately. Does that make sense?

Will I have to replace the window or do I have hope to possible replace the part?

I agree. Reviewing the style of your track, and your old operator, I'd say that our 39-365 might be a better option. This has the skinnier steel wheel bearing at the end of the arm and is compatible with our 39-504 track.
