Please help identify compatible replacement parts. Need main gear body that has come apart. The brand appears to be Caradco from the cover. The plate states Truth window mechanism. Arm has the number 6591 on it

Thanks for reaching out! Your window operator appears to be an older, discontinued version of the 39-035 Truth Hardware Entrygard Dyad Window Operator. The opposite version is the 39-036. I'm fairly confirm this will work for the repair but be sure to double check and compare the specifications.
