Need help in identifying replacement parts for this constant force balance

Stamped on the cover: Part# 801020, Patent #'s 5.232.208, 5.365.638.6.584.644 B2

Coil is 1/2" wide, cover is 3" long and 1 1/4" wide

Stamped on coil is #3.5 35" P

First photo taken before I removed it from the window.

Hello! We can definitely help with this hardware, but we only sell the individual components separately. I hope that's okay. See our 15-199 pivot shoe, 1/2" thick S160-3 coil spring, and 15-150D double spring support. I believe these parts are exactly what you want but look them over and let me know if you had any questions!
