Need help with the Right Upper Hinge

The right upper hinge of my window is broken, preventing me from opening it to take a picture.
I have attached a photo taken from the left side for your reference. The part number is L30841.

I kindly request your assistance in identifying the part numbers for the upper and lower hinges and the operators so that we can proceed with the ordering and necessary repairs.

Your hinge resembles the 36-048. Take a look and see how the 10" base that attaches to the sill compares to yours.

As for the operators, it looks like you may have any older version of the 39-035 and 39-036 EntryGard operators. Take a look at the specifications below to confirm. Thank you!
