Screw pulled out of coil spring crashing it to bottom of the window. It is

A Simonton Brickmold 300 single hung installed in 2016. Double spring, #6.0 35. Window weighs 24.5 pounds. Took pictures to help you ID the parts I need. Let me know if you need any more info.

Hello, thank you for posting,

Take a look and compare the specifications of our 15-199 pivot shoe shown below to yours, which is designed to use either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. Please compare the overall dimensions to confirm a good fit!

The 15-199 pivot shoe is 17/32" thick.

If you need assistance with choosing the correct weighted coils, please confirm which series you have to move forward.

Also review the dimensions of the 26-378 pivot bar if needed. Thank you!

Hey thanks so much for your help. Awesome site. Ordered the 165 coils. Was able to measure the old ones. If everything fits will order some back up parts. Will let you know if these parts will work on a Simonton 300 single hung.
Thanks again.

Used your parts. All the
Parts are correct. Only issue is the double spring holder. It catches the tilt in latch on way up and down. Have to hold in the tilt latch when opening past the coil springs holder and when
Lowering window past spring holder. Original was beveled on sides to let the latch move past. Other than that- window is fixed!
Thanks again!

Hi Rich,

Thank you for the update! I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the replacement covers. Unfortunately we do not carry a different style that would be compatible with the Series 165 coil springs. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
