Does not need to be exactly the same. Number on coils are 35" #4.5 and other coil is # 5.5 35"

would your number 12 series 140 QuickTilt Dual be good for replacement of the one showing in picture?

I personally wouldn't go with the Series 140, no. We do sell the individual components that make up your old balance assembly: see our 15-111 pivot shoe, Series 160 coil spring, and 15-150D support. Just note that the Series 160 spring is 1/2" thick. yours should be, too, but you should double check to be 100% sure. Better safe than sorry.
