Need replacement Truth 45251

Please advise which part I need to order to replace as it is strippe.  The measurements are on picture.  Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! Your casement operator appears to be an older, discontinued version of our 39-315 Truth Dyad Operator; the opposite handed operator is the 39-316. These use the 39-114L Crank Handle.

Take a look over the dimensions and compare it to your existing operator to confirm that this is the right fit.

The bracket connected to your operator is the 39-545.
