damaged pivot shoe in right hand channel

Handy Person from CT
Hello, below is all the data I have on the window. Its in a local cat shelter so I don't know how the RH pivot shoe got damaged. I know the anchor screws are missing from the spring coil units in the photos, those screws have been replaced and both units are working ok. Thank you.

Hello,

Your balance shoe resembles the 15-177 pivot shoe. This assembly uses the S152 coils. For a 15-1/2 pound sash, I'd suggest using one S152-8 coil on each side. We also offer the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 barrel to support the coils in the window jamb. With that being said, you can just replace the shoe if that is the only broken part. Thanks for posting!

Thank you! I'm worried I won't understand how to connect the new 15-177 pivot shoe to the existing coil assembly or the new coil assembly components if I buy them. I haven't found any Swisco advice or video on that. Thanks again.

The coil slides into one of the slots on either side of the pivot shoe and is held in place by the a screw like the 33-072. See an exact pl what this type of coil balance looks like removed from the window in another customer's post here
