Need replacement parts

Question

I'm in need of 12 pivots and 12 of the spring retainers I guess they would be called. And then also a total of 14 spring. I have the sizes of the sashes I'm sure they're probably different ratings on the springs, there were no numbers on the springs that I took out

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe looks like a match for the 15-199. This is used with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. Since your old coil support resembles the 15-150D, I suspect the springs may be 1/2" wide so you'd want the Series 160. The video below will go over how to determine the proper spring weights.
