Need replacement parts

Question

Hello. Looking to replace parts on a window where the operator and one of the locks seems broken.
operator : skips and won't close the window completely. Handle spins and skips turns.
arm is about 12 inches from end to elbow. (See pictures)

Lock : handle fell out. No info found on the piece. About 2,5 x 3 inches

The window lock can be replaced with the 38-144 Primary Casement Sash Lock. This is non-handed, so it will work for both left and right handed applications.

The compatible keepers are the 38-276 and 38-277 Casement Keepers.
