Need replacement window crank assemblies

A home owner from Southern Pennsylvania says:

Moved into a new house and it has 2 (I assume one left and one right) cranks on either side of a bay window. Only one cranks out; neither will crank back in. Assume I should replace both entirely. Looking for assistance as to everything I'll need. Feel free to ask any questions that would help. Many thanks,

Josh

Hello,

Take a look and compare the 39-035 and 39-036 operators, as well as the parts listed under the related items section of both product pages, to your original hardware. Make sure to compare the dimensions shown on our product page to your operator and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
