Need replacement window operator

Hi,
I was hoping you could identify and suggest a replacement. I think it is a Truth part but I am not sure. It has the letters G-U on the bottom arm with an arrow (see photo). The mounting bracket has 4 small holes for the sill and 2 larger holes for the unit (see photo)

Hi Paul. These old GU Operators have been discontinued and are no longer available, but fortunately you may be able to replace them with our 39-315 and 39-316. See the video below for details.
