Need the right hinge and operator replacement

A home owner from Southern California says:

Would like to replace this hinge since the plastic part that holds it on track is broken.

In looking at the existing hinge, I noticed the top hinge's arm does not snap off. See attached pic. There seems to be a ring around the part that connects to the arm. Any idea how to take that off?

In addition, I am interested in replacing the window operator since it is rusty and likely the cause that the hinge went off the track. However, in your video the top piece of wood that sits above the operator can come off. But in my case, it is a part of the window frame and being pinned down by 2 vertical pieces on either side. Any thoughts on if this operator is replaceable? and if so, how? and which product ID? thanks

Hello,

Take a look at our 36-004-10 stainless steel 10" hinge set. as for your operator, either our 39-035 or 39-036 operator may work for you if the dimensions listed on our product page match your hardware.

As for the wood trim, we have a video that I'll associate for removing the trim to access the operator. If that doesn't seem possible in your case, you may want to hire someone to look at the window and determine the best way to make your repairs. Thank you!
