Need to order balancers for tilt sash windows

Need to order balancers for tilt sash windows like in the photos. I did find something similar but the top of the balance is different from the one I need. Do you have anything that has the hook like mechanism thing at top?

Hey, Kristine. We can make this balance but it'd have to be a special order. It would be our S795-34, but with the bottom shoe swapped out for our 15-194 and the top clip swapped out for our 15-198. Can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote for that quantity.
