Hi. I need to replace a Truth 45251 casement window operator with 9.5"
arm (40049 stamped on arm). The distance between the outer screw holes is 3". The crank assembly (without arm) is 4" wide, 2.75" deep and 11/16" high. It looks like you have two possible parts that will work: 39-365/366 and 39-028E/027E. The dimensions for your 39-365/366 and 39-028E/027E operators match what I have. The only difference I can see between the parts is that the 365 has a stainless steel roller and the 028E has a nylon roller. Is this correct?
Also, I have included 2 pictures showing the locking mechanism for the windows. I am wondering if by any chance you would have the plastic guide that holds the bar in place. The dimensions for this part are 1 3/8" wide, 1 5/16" deep and 9/16" high.
Thank you,
Greg

Hello,
You are correct that the main difference between the two sets of operators that you picked out are the wheels and, because of that difference, the tracks that they use. Yours use the nylon wheel on the 39-027E and 39-028E. You can also use the 39-448 tie bar guide to replace the one in your picture, even though it's aesthetically different. Thankyou!
