Quick Learner from Seattle, WA
Hello,

I need to replace hardware or figure out how to fix as large Arm is completely removed (not fixed) and gear is not attached. Need to replace soon. What part do I need?

Any advice helps, thanks!

Hello and thank you for contacting SWISCO.com. From you description it sounds like a casement operator is broken. To help you determine what you need, will need photos of your operator, preferably out of the window along with with the dimensions of the arms and distance between screw holes.

Hello Paul, Thank you for the reply. I removed the casing operator from the casing. Attached are pictures, I need to order the same model, don't know which one it is though. It is a right handed opener.

Thanks!

Hey, Justin. Looks like this is just the base. While we definitely need to see this, we also need to see the arm that attached to this. The arm is what physically opens and closes the window and is an essential part of the operator mechanism. Knowing the length of the arm will also be a huge help.

Hey Paul, I'm attaching the photo of the arm length you requested.

I would consider 39-013 and 39-014, based on that.
