Need to replace this casement window part

Thanks for getting back to us. The 39-023 comes to mind but the specifications below would be the determining factor. If it's a match, we also offer the 39-022 opposite-handed version and 39-114L handle used with both assemblies. Take a look and let us know if you notice any discrepancies.
