Need to replace two window cranks

Question

I have a two-pane window above my kitchen sink that has a crank mechanism on each window. I would like to replace the two crank mechanisms. I uploaded some pictures.

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 39-036 Dyad Operator (the opposite version is the 39-035). For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
