Need to replace window spring

I was not able to find any markings to identify what kind of parts I need.

This balance shoe is similar to the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. It is not an exact replacement but I'm confident it should work for the repair.

You may also need either the 26-040 or the 26-089 to replace the pivot bar.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. The coils are anchored to the window track using the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip and 15-182 Coil Bushing.

To determine the correct coils for your assemblies, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the existing ones. If yours do not have stamps or they're hard to read, please see the video tutorial below.
