Need two replacements of 35" window block and tackle sash balance sash for vinyl tilt out windows

We have double hung vinyl, tilt out windows installed by the previous owners in 2004.The only number we were able to find was NAMI NFRC 100/200. We haven't been able to raise one of the lower set of windows. We removed both of the sashes and found that the balance plastic piece used to attach the spring is broken, same with the lower mechanism. We certainly need your advice and parts replacement. We live in Asheville, North Carolina 28803, and hope there is a dealer nearby, or that you are able to ship us two entirely new sashes. Most appreciatively, Mary

PS Looking at the window track it was removed from, we will definitely need your expertise in installing the two new sashes!

Thanks for writing in! Your channel balances can be replaced with our Series 795 Channel Balance but they'll need to be custom assemblies since they have the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment installed at the top.

To measurement the length, you'll need to measurement only the metal channel of the balance, not including the T-Lock shoe. Since your balances do not have any stamps/markings on the metal channel, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash. This will help to confirm the weight range your balances should be able to support.

For instructions on removing and installing these balances, take a look at the video tutorial starting at the at the 3 minute and 14 second mark, here.

We would like to contact for technical advice on Monday 9/29 for the complete list of supplies for channel balance of a vinyl double hung tilt in window. Our current balance has an imprint of 34C.

Replacement parts in question:
795 T Lock balance x2

15-195 closed cam green balance shoe x2 (bottom shoe) The entire length is 2",1/2" thick, with 1" wide close cam

15-194 vinyl window sash pivot bar

In question is the modification holding the string . We have an oval shape in the sash in which a silver v shape clip slides into. We hat parts will we need for that conversion?

Also we are missing the bottom rivet to clamp the spring onto.

We are not skilled at this, but find your instructional videos helpful to a point;however ours will need to be modified.

Thanks for reaching out! As mentioned, your channel balances will need to be custom assemblies since they have the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment installed at the top. I'm happy to get the order link made up for you but I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is a quantity minimum of (2) balances for custom orders.

The part number for the 1" shoe is the 15-194 1" T-Lock Balance Shoe. The replacements will come with a 15-195 1-1/4" shoe attached to them but they are fairly easy to swap out. Take a look at the video tutorial for reference.

The 15-194 shoe is typically used along with the 26-021 Pivot Bar. Be sure to review and compare the dimensions below to confirm that this is the correct replacement.
