Need window parts

I have about 5 of the plastic T things broken and need to replace them. The balances look ok but the house is 11 years old and wonder if I need to get balances also. They are 33 inches long without the t-bar in. What do you recommend?

This looks like a 33" Series 795 Channel Balance, but with the 15-198 Hook attached on top. This is not how our standard issue of this balance attaches to the window jamb, but we can replace these for you via custom order. Can you confirm they are all stamped 33C? And how many balances do you need? For any spare T-Lock Shoes, see the 15-195; note the new balances will come with these attached.
