Need window parts - balance spring assy and shoe

Pics attached. Shoe measures 17/32 (.53") thick x 1.25 wide x 1.5 high. The spring assy is disentegrated and can not measure it.
Window is under 30#.
Please recommend replacement PN

Hello,

Your balance shoe reminds me of the 17-32" thick 15-199 Pivot Shoe. The compatible coil springs are the 1/2" Series 160 Coil Balance and the 3/8" Thick Series 165 Coil Balance. You'll need to confirm the thickness of your springs to determine which of these is the correct series. There should be numbers stamped on the original coils you'll need to choose the corresponding strength options. If not, we'll need to know the exact weight of the sash. Thank you!

The coils are 3/8" wide. Below are the numbers I found on 2 of the coils.
It appears (3) coils are in each lift mechanism.
A) #4.0 - 35" P 11:44 SM5 D05 12 June 06
B) #4.0 - 35" P 11:46 SM5 D05 12 June 06
Please provide PN.
Also, need the metal pivot bars that screws on the bottom of the window. It measures 0.19" thick x 5/16 wide x 3" long. The shape looks like your PN 26-378, but drawing does not have enough dimensions to verify it is a match.

Your coil stamps would correspond to the S165-4. Make sure to check your third coil to confirm if it has the same #4.0 stamp.

As for the pivot bar, the 26-378 is commonly used with the 15-199, so it would fit in the metal cam as long as the style and measurements below match yours. If you have any doubts, please show us photos of your original pivot bar uninstalled and we can go from there
