Needed window parts

A quick learner from Las Vegas, Nevada says:
Good afternoon,

I need 2 take-out clips, 2 channel balances and possibly the cap on the end of the window that broke when the channel balance went through the top of the window. The windows are Pacific Window Company. Can you assist?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for writing in. Your channel balance resembles either our S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2750.

If your take-out clips resemble our 16-002, you can use these as replacements. Finally, for your Top Sash Guide, is there an undamaged version you can show us, preferably out of the window and from the front and side? From there, we'll do our best to find a match. Many thanks.
