Quick Learner from Sanford North Carolina, Home Owner

I need a rplacment for the attached pivot lock or replacment Channel Balance with Pivot Lock.  I have included a picture with dimensions of the channel balance.  We have 23 windows that need new pivot locks and channel balances that range from 28B, 34A, 34B and 34C.

Hello,

Your channel balance resembles the S795. The bottom t lock shoe resembles the smaller 15-194, which would only work with our balances since it does not have the same groove needed to attach to your original balances. See the video below showing how to swap the stock shoes with the 15-194, sold separately.

We'll also need to see a close-up of the pulley clip to determine if it matches the screw clip used with the S795 or if it uses a hook like the 15-198, which would need to be custom ordered. Thank you!

I am attaching the requested picture of the pulley clip as well as pictures with dimensions of original pivot lock and a picture of the channel ballance showing the end of channel balance which is indented , whic will not allow the 1594 pivot lock to be used.

Thanks for getting back to us. I can confirm that your balances will need to be custom ordered to have the 15-198 clip attached to the S795 channel balances. We'll need to know the number of each balance stamp code you need to get price quotes together for you, with the minimum being two of each.

Please see below the number of windows with corresponding stamp code, assume each number represents 1 window, ie. if number is 4 that is 4 windows, for 8 channel balances.  This will be a total of 23 windows and 46 channel balances.
Stamp Code as follows:  28B = 4, 34A = 8, 34B = 6 and 34C = 5.

We just sent over order links and price quotes for the S795 balances with the 15-198 clips attached. As we mentioned, make sure to add the 15-194 to your order directly from our website to swap out the larger 15-195 stock shoes that come with the balances.
