New block and tackle

Question

Hi,

I ordered a new shoe for this window block and tackle and I cannot make it fit.

I'd like to replace the whole unit. Could you please suggest one?

This possibly looks like a Series 795 with a 15-198 hook installed at the top. We can replace this balance for you, but we need more information to help:

Can you confirm the metal channel is 28" long?
Is there a stamp code on the metal channel? If so, show us.
As far as the T-Lock Shoe goes, can you show us your original? It should be like the 15-195, 15-195B, or 15-194.
Can you show us the hole in the window jamb where that hook attaches to?
Finally, how many balances do you need.
