Non tilt block and tackle windows balancers with wing - looking for 2 x replacement parts (for each side)

Home Owner from San Diego, CA
There are no names, numbers or markings on existing balancer. Metal to metal length is 29 inches. Photo of the window attached so you can see where the balancer goes. It's a single hung window with W X H dimensions of 35.5" x 32" for each sash (or 35.5" x 64" for the entire window)

Can you please help me identify the exact size of the replacement balancer part to purchase? Thank you.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-29 or S385-29, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

If there are no markings or stamps on your metal channel, then you will need to weigh your sash to determine the appropriate stamp option. Make sure to visit the store pages linked to in this post to see the weight charts for each product.

Thank you for the helpful response! The depth of the bottom shoe is 1 2/32. Should I get the S380 (1" shoe) or the S385 (1 3/32" shoe? In other words, since it doesn't look like there is an exact fit so should I get one with a slightly smaller bottom shoe or slightly larger bottom shoe?

Also I need to get a takeout clip. L x W dimensions are 1" x 1/4". Will the take out clip with the product code 16-002 be sufficient? See attached photos.

Your depth is only 1/32" off from the larger Series 385, so odds are that's what you had originally. Since these are made of plastic, its very common to see them worn down over time from constant use.

I agree that your take out clip appears to match our 16-002. Note that this part is sold separately.

Please feel free to reach out if you had any other questions!
