Norco casement window replacement crank

Question

I am selling my home and need a replacement casement window crank arm or whole mechanism for a norco casement window in bronze color.  Please let me know if you have a part that will work?  Norco is owned by Jeld Win now I believe.

Norco has been known to use our 39-013 and 39-014, but I cannot be sure if these operators are what you have. Carefully compare them to your current parts and see how well they compare.
