Northeast Windows double-hung coil balance system

Hello. I am hoping you can help. I have a Northeast Windows 30.75” double-hung with tilt latch and coil balance system. The coil balance spring is broken and is stamped with a 7.
Could you please confirm the specific coil housing/coil needed? Also, the mounting bracket as well since one if them is slightly bent.

Hi David,

Your balance housing appears to have a black, nylon shoe cam like the one on the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot Shoe. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040.

To confirm that this is what you need to replace the housing, be sure to remove it and carefully compare the dimensions shown below.

This housing uses the Series 180 Coil Balance, which is anchored to the window track using the 16-024 Mounting Bracket. Since yours is stamped with a 7, you'll need the S180-07.
