Nuprime window parts

I have submitted five photos showing the parts I need to repair Nuprime single hung windows. I believe the top sash guide is your 18-110. The metal of the existing balance is 23" long and is marked 2220. I believe it is your 23" Series 390 Channel Balance with option 2220. Are you able to confirm? Thanks for your help.

I agree that the S390-23 is close, but it will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe. Yours is either going to be 1-1/8" deep, which will make it the S390-23, or 1", which will make it the S351-23 instead. Refer to the diagram below to see what I mean.

My bottom shoe measures almost 1-3/32" deep. I suppose that originally it was 1-1/8" and is showing 40 years of wear. Do you agree that the top sash guide is the 18-110?

That sounds perfectly reasonable to me. Shoe wear happens all the time.

I do agree that the 18-110 is a good match, too. As long as the dimensions match up then you should be good to go.
