On the arm of the old operator is stamped "Truth" and "L30841"

Question

I have a double casement window with two operators. one side opens right and the other side opens left. Both old operators are bad and I need replacements for both.

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! The Truth operators you have are no longer made but the 39-035 and 39-036 dyad window operators should work well to replace them. I am confident these are what you need but you'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions.

You'll likely need to pop the detach clip off the end of the arm and install the 39-105 so that it will properly attached to the stud bracket.
