This particular unit does not have any name on it, but the window has four operators. Two on the left side of the window and two on the right side of the window.

It looks like you have an old-style operator that may have been discontinued. However, we may still be able to help. Please take a look at our 39-035 and 39-036 operators and review the specifications to see if these could work for your repair. Thanks for posting!
