We do not carry an exact match for your old style operator but the 39-028E may work depending on how the dimensions below compare to yours. We also offer the 39-027E opposite handed version and the 39-533 track used with these operators if needed. Take a look at the related parts and see what you think. Thank you!
Unforutnately, we do not carry your exact Andersen operator with the same offset arm shown in your photo. We do offer one made by Truth, the 39-366, with a metal roller similar to the one on your original operator. I'm not sure if your existing track will work with the 39-366. If not, you would need to replace it with either the 39-504 or the 39-520. Look over the suggested hardware, along with the related information and videos to assist you.
The first recommendation?
The operators that Casey mentioned have nylon rollers at the end, whereas the 39-365 and the 39-366 use a metal roller similar to yours. We do carry the 39-413 operator with an offset arm, but it is offset upward and also has a nylon roller at the end of the arm.
After further research, we were able to confirm that your original Andersen operator was discontinued and is no longer available. I'm sorry that we won't be able to provide a closer match but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
