Operator for 2017 Ply-Gem Mira Premium casement window?

Hello, thanks for running a great web site!
I hope you can help me: I have large Mira Premium casement windows (about 70x24 in. Many of the operators are rusty or their adjustment screws inoperable. Many keepers are broken because of excessive force applied. I was able to identify the keepers as Truth Mirage. However I can't identify the dual arm operators. Are you able to identify the brand and type of operator based on this information? I can't get it from my contractor who points me to Ply-gem and Ply-gem doesn't give any technical information.

Hi Stefan, thank you for posting,

Your operator resembles either the 39-438B and 39-439B or the 39-253LB and 39-253RB operators. The difference between these two styles is the guide at the end of the straight arm. Please review the video below that goes into more detail.

Also review the 39-451 and 39-452 or 39-375 and 39-376 cover/handles depending on style preference.
