Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Your operator appears to be a match for either our 39-253RB or 39-439B, depending on the design of the guide at the end of the arm. I can't see that in your photo, so that should be the first thing you check. We have detailed photos for each product that you can use as a reference, as well as the video below.

Great! I'm glad you found a match. As for handing, these aren't really defined that way unfortunately. Every manufacturer, supplier, and handyman has a different method of defining left and right. For example, two different suppliers in our records have this same operator listed as left and right. There's no universal consensus.

Rather than go by unreliable labels, we recommend using the physical design of the operator as the main point of reference. Check what side the handle is on and the orientation of the arms. That's a far more reliable method. If you still aren't sure, show me a photo of the operator base and I'll tell you which one it is.
