The picture is of the right casement window next to the left casement window I'm trying to find an operator for.

please let me know what additional information you need to determine the correct replacment operator.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. Your operator appears to be a match for either our 39-253RB or 39-439B, depending on the design of the guide at the end of the arm. I can't see that in your photo, so that should be the first thing you check. We have detailed photos for each product that you can use as a reference, as well as the video below.
